Sun Maid KC is a group of dog lovers that work together to further the advancement of all purebred dogs; to do all in its power to protect and advance the interests of dog shows, obedience trials, agility trials, tracking tests and to encourage sportsmanlike competition at its events; and to conduct sanctioned matches, dog shows, obedience trials, agility and tracking tests in accordance with the American Kennel Club rules and regulations.

   Sun Maid KC holds general meetings that are open to the public to attend at no cost. General Meetings are often social events such as a Summer BBQ or Christmas Party but most often the General Meetings are informative programs covering topics from breed studies to formal presentations on many other dog related subjects. General Meetings are usually held every month. Actual day, month and location can vary from meeting to meeting.
